  • Standard orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Custom or personalized items may take 5–7 business days to process.

Tracking & Delivery

  • A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.
  • Orders over $100 require signature confirmation upon delivery.
  • Admiumary LLC is not liable for delays due to carrier issues, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
  • PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses are eligible for Standard shipping only.

Address Changes

Shipping addresses cannot be modified after an order has entered the processing stage. Please verify your address at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Report lost packages within 5 days of the estimated delivery date.
  • Damaged items must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.
